Background: There may be a bidirectional association between glycaemia and pNETS. Pre-existing diabetes mellitus(DM) is a recognised risk factor for the development of pNETS. Background: Carcinoid Heart Disease (CHD) is a well-documented but devastating complication of metastatic neuroendocrine tumours (mNETs).
